Ausrocketry Motor Order

Hi all - I understand there's a couple of members in the same position as myself, who placed an order for motors through Ausrocketry 18 months ago in January 2024 and are still waiting. Other than a lucky few who received motors a few months ago, there's been no updates I've seen.

If you're in the same position feel free to post here, or reach out to me directly, so we can understand who's got what orders outstanding please (in my case a couple of H's).

I have reached out to Blake today around status and will advise if I receive any response.

Regardless of how big or small your rocket is - we all hope that things will go well after the launch button is pressed.

New QRS WEBSITE Tagline

Hi Guys

We are developing a new QRS website and need some input from our members on a new tagline that captures our ethos of QRS that we can display on our website for 2024.

I could not recall if we ever had one previously.

So far, we have narrowed the choices down to the following:

"Launching Dreams, One Rocket at a Time."
"Ignite Your Curiosity, Propel Your Passion."
"Elevating Innovations, Surpassing the Stratosphere."
"Blast Off into a World of Discovery."
"Where Engineering Meets the Cosmos."
"Sky's Not the Limit, It's Our Playground."
"Fueling Aspirations, Achieving Altitudes."
"Join the Countdown to Infinite Possibilities."
"Crafting Tomorrow's Rockets, Exploring Tomorrow's Frontiers."
"Soaring Beyond Boundaries, Together."

I do know that it just helps round off the page. Please let me know if any of these or combinations of such appeal to you.

Number 6. on this list is the current favourite - but please do not let that dissuade you, and do NOT feel constrained by being from another club or organisation to offer your suggestion or comment.

My personal favourite of "Further, Faster and Higher" did not even make the final 10.

Howdy all!

Thought I'd make a post to introduce myself,

I'm Damon, I work in Northern NSW as a mechanical engineer.

I have experience in fabrication and automations, with a little side work in composite materials.

I'm quite new to the rocketry scene and am hoping to attend a launch event soon with my first scratch built rocket :)
